Guided Meditations

Guided meditations can be a great way to allow yourself to kick back and relax. Taking some time on your own to help shift into a rest and digest mode has many benefits to your over all health. Below is a selection of Yoga Nidras (yogic sleep) and iRests (yoga nidras created by Dr. Richard Miller). There is no wrong way to do either of these, its even ok to fall asleep.
