Jen Bell

As a child Jen was regularly on US military bases. As a daughter of a DoD Civilian they were stationed at several military bases in the US and overseas. After getting married Jen’s husband joined the Air Force where he served for over 8 years. During her time as a military spouse she ran the squadron welcome committee while stationed at RAF Lakenheath and was a Key Spouse for the OSS at Osan AFB, ROK. She knows first-hand the life of a military dependent.

Jen came to the mat as a way to maintain strength and flexibility, but discovered there was so much more to yoga. She has been teaching yoga since 2008 and encourages her students to turn inward to discover what is going on physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. She spent her husband’s entire career teaching yoga to military members and their dependents at home and abroad. Jen has a Masters of Science in Yoga Therapy from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.

Tracy Torwick

MS RYT500 C-IAYT

Tracy spent the last 7 years as a military spouse, married to an Air Force Special Operations TACP and Wounded Warrior who was recently medically retired after 13 years of service. She has spent the last few years teaching yoga all over Joint Base Lewis McCord and is passionate about sharing yoga’s benefits with the military community.

Kelly Oxios-Sauls

MS RYT500 C-IAYT

CMSgt (Ret) Sauls is an Air Force veteran of both the Cold War and the Iraq War, and has served in a combat zone. She completed her 200-level program in 2017 from Zenya Yoga Academy in Newport News, Virginia.  She then went on to Zenya’s 300-level program that same year.  She is a graduate of Maryland University of Integrative Health with a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy (July 2020), where she also obtained her 800-hour yoga teacher training.  She has taught yoga to all types of populations, to include CrossFit, martial arts, traditional yoga studio classes, elderly, corporate, and at the VA Hospital.  She is experienced in teaching in-person or online, and in Vinyasa Flow, Chair Yoga, and Guided Meditation.
